Here you will be the first point of contact for our customers. This isn’t a typical contact centre role, this is making a difference to someone’s life. Our customers often come to us at a time of need. They could be requesting a pre-authorisation code for a specialist appointment or treatment, wanting to discuss their policy cover, through to being diagnosed with a life changing illness. This is an emotionally rewarding role, which requires resilience, great listening skills, the ability to provide clear information with endless empathy and passion for supporting customers.
