Customer Service

This is
customer service.

Here you will be the first point of contact for our customers. This isn’t a typical contact centre role, this is making a difference to someone’s life. Our customers often come to us at a time of need. They could be requesting a pre-authorisation code for a specialist appointment or treatment, wanting to discuss their policy cover, through to being diagnosed with a life changing illness. This is an emotionally rewarding role, which requires resilience, great listening skills, the ability to provide clear information with endless empathy and passion for supporting customers.

Life in
customer service.

Being a customer service adviser means you’ll be spending most of the day on the phone devoted to customers’ needs and enquiries. You’ll have to be completely adaptable and up for continuously learning. And also, be a great multi-tasker, navigating between multiple systems while listening intently. It takes a special kind of person to work in customer service, but we believe in each and every one of our people to deliver amazing service time and time again.
