Mandatory Training and Induction: You’ll be invited to attend an induction session and a welcome breakfast with the Executive team. We also offer a range of online and instructor-led training.

Job Role Specific Competencies: We deliver tailored programmes designed to support you in your specific role with access to a range of tutorials and online courses.

People Management Expectations: We deliver coaching sessions to People Managers that focuses on leadership skills and effective communication.

Governance Programme Committed to Quality: We also offer training that covers the tools and processes you’ll need to manage risks, incidents, information and quality in a hospital environment.
