Senior Transformation Portfolio Analyst
Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays
Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working options available
Permanent Contract
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 dependant on experience
10% Management Scheme Bonus

This role will support the Head of Transformation Office to:
Lead, drive and support aspects and activities within the UKI Transformation Management Office enabling the effective application of our Governance, Reporting, Methods, and Standards enabling a consistent and efficient operation across our transformation portfolios, in line with priorities of planned business benefits and Bupa's strategic goals.
How you'll help us make health happen:
Provide guidance to the change community on the processes, methods, and deliverables.
Portfolio wide analysis and support for the Transformation Office (preparation and input into the weekly, monthly, and quarterly management forums; via interrogation of data/performance metrics from existing toolsets and direct input from Programme, Project and Initiative leads.
Drive continuous improvement and support the Portfolio/Programme Managers, Delivery Leads, Finance Business Partners and Initiative leads in facilitating assurance (health-check) reviews of plans and key controls at key stage gates (and as required) and ensuring this is reflected in the plans.
Support continuous improvement of processes and governance disciplines which better enable the effective delivery of projects and programmes.
Facilitate and manage the Small Change Demand process, through collation, assessment, and prioritisation of requests via the monthly Small Change Review meeting.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Previous experience of working in a senior role within a Portfolio, Programme or Project Management Office or a large
programme environment where methods, standards and data analysis has been a key aspect.
Previous experience of Portfolio/Programme Management toolsets (Mckinsey Wave, Keyedin, Azure DevOps, etc) and preparing MI reports for Exec level Stakeholder
Full understanding of the Change methodologies and lifecycles and/or standards like APM / PRINCE 2 / SAFE Agile
Ideally attained (or be willing to attain) appropriate PMO qualifications.
Experience in supporting multiple projects and a general understanding of programme management.
