Being a
Bupa carer.

Working in care means you’ll never have the same day twice. You’ll be part of a close team helping provide the highest standards of care possible and giving residents the dignity and independence they deserve. Day to day, that means you’ll assist with bathing, dressing and toileting. You’ll help out with various admin duties and support colleagues at mealtimes, transferring residents to the dining room and serving food. You might join residents on day trips, work with senior colleagues to monitor our residents’ health and support with any other duties to ensure our residents are healthy, happy and comfortable. That is our priority and we’ll support you to make it happen. With a great benefits package on offer, we’ll help you to get the most out of your career in care.

looking for.

Being a great carer is more about who you are as person than what skills you have already. If you have experience in care, that’s brilliant, we’d love to hear from you. But if you don’t, we can provide all the training you need. We’re looking for people who love people, who really care about them and can’t wait for a chance to make a real difference in their lives. You’ll be someone who wants to enjoy every day and try to make each one special for our residents in every way you can. But you’ll also be ready for the days that can be challenging and work as a part of a close team to tackle them together. If this sounds a little bit like you, then we think care could be a rewarding career and a chance to do something you’re really proud of.
