Danni

If Danni's not spending time with her family or cuddling her cats Bago and Jess, she’s our Managing Director within our Care Services Team!

18 years ago, she started as a Care Assistant before working her way up to Managing Director of our North & Midlands regions!

Danni is a perfect example that with a genuine passion for caregiving, doubled with the support and guidance of managers along the way you can progress in companies like ours.

Even though she claims she ‘fell into Care’ her natural skills of being an empathetic listener and a strong communicator we believe she was destined to be with us at Bupa!

‘In my job we talk a lot about ratings and standards but there’s nothing like the joy and gratification of helping others.’

Guided by Danni as Home Manager, our Knights Grove Care Home gained an outstanding CQC inspection.

We love her life moto of ‘What you walk past, you chose to accept’. She believes the success was down to ‘listening to your staff and residents’. Armed with this knowledge, together Danni and the team were able to ‘strengthen trust, nurture relationships and invest in positive outcomes for the future of the home!’

With a busy job and a large family filled with step-children and step-grandchildren, she loves nothing more than having quality time with her nearest and dearest, especially being able to bond with her daughter, who is the light of her life.

With an appreciation for tattoo design and a love for cheese, you are likely to find her diving into a sharing cheese and charcuterie board at her favourite local restaurant in Bournemouth, Renouf.
