Internal Audit
Graduate Scheme
Our 3-year scheme will equip you with the professional and personal skills needed to be an exceptional business leader.
Rotating within the Group Internal Audit team, you’ll build your business and auditing skills through a wide range of projects across all of Bupa's diverse businesses.
You’ll study for a professional auditing qualification through the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors (CIIA).

Graduate Scheme
This scheme offers opportunity to really deepdive into the workings of a business. You'll experience how the different teams collaborate to execute strategies and learn loads of skills that will stay with you for your whole career.
The programme is open to applicants studying or having completed any degree discipline. However for the apprenticeship you cannot have studied the course content therefore some business related degrees may not be eligible

Graduate Scheme
On our two to three-year Legal Graduate Scheme, you’ll develop new skills by rotating through a range of seats and experience every side of an in-house role, including commercial, employment, privacy, insurance, and legal operations.
You’ll study a Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship which will equip you with the core technical and professional skills you’ll need to thrive in a continually evolving legal industry. Once your scheme has been completed, you’ll be eligible to qualify as a solicitor.
