Our Customer Relations team has been shortlisted for the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) 2024 for two categories:
• Most Effective Management of Peak Demand
• Best Cross-Functional Collaboration
This is a great achievement for us and showcases the hard work the team has put in over the last year. These prestigious awards recognise excellence in customer service across various categories and are the longest-running and largest program in the customer contact industry.
The winners are unveiled after a rigorous judging process with the award ceremony taking place in London on Tuesday 26th November. The robust judging process evaluates organisations across Europe that excel in delivering exceptional service to customers based on several key criteria.
