A Day In the Life as a Finance & Governance Graduate

Joel’s days are a blend of ad-hoc tasks, fixed reporting schedules, and seasonal projects. Working in the Business Unit Control Functions team, he gets a unique view of how different business units operate and ensures everything runs smoothly. “It’s like looking at the company through a different perspective,” Joel explains. This dynamic role keeps him focused and constantly learning.
