Focusing on Superpowers

Hi am Jonathan Maslin and I am severely dyslexic. I began my career at Bupa Clinics in 2009 as a Health Advisor conducting health assessments in Solihull. I progressed through the management structure and, in 2020, became the Operations Lead for COVID services. Currently, I work in Central Operations, overseeing business continuity, driving customer service, and collaborating with product, operational teams and third-party suppliers to implement new products, services, centres and to drive growth. 

My journey at Bupa has been incredibly rewarding. Bupa’s commitment to diversity and inclusion has allowed me to flourish and contribute meaningfully despite my dyslexia. With the support of my colleagues and advanced tools like Copilot, I am empowered to overcome challenges and use my superpower to excel in my role. I am proud to be part of a company that values individual strengths and fosters a supportive and innovative working environment. Moving forward, I am excited to continue growing with Bupa and contributing to its mission helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world.
