Mental Health
Team Managers

Team Managers within Bupa’s Mental Health services play a vital leadership role, overseeing teams of clinicians such as CBT Therapists, Psychologists, and Counsellors.

They ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective care for Bupa’s corporate clients, while fostering a supportive and motivating environment.

Their work includes coaching staff, driving continuous improvement, managing performance, and optimising resources to meet service demands—making them key to both clinical excellence and team wellbeing.
