Bupa's Remote Services offering is part of a broader digital transformation aimed at making healthcare more accessible, personalised, and efficient. Here's Laura Windle, our Service Delivery Manager, giving an insight into how our Remote Service teams operate at Bupa.

Oppportunities

Bupa Health Services offers a variety of remote roles within their Health Clinics business unit, reflecting the growing demand for flexible, digital healthcare services. 

We have over 200 Clinicians delivering a remote service of over 1300 appointments a day.

Our Remote Opportunities

Remote General Practitioners (GPs)

  • Deliver primary care consultations remotely across the UK.
  • Work includes out-of-hours sessions
  • Supported by a real-time clinical network and flexible scheduling.

Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs)

  • Provide digital consultations as part of the Remote Services team.
  • Focus on evidence-based care and patient satisfaction.

Remote Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists

  • Deliver high-intensity CBT remotely.
  • Flexible part-time or full-time roles 
  • Ideal for professionals supporting mental health services from home.

Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapists

  • Some roles include remote MSK assessments and follow-ups.
  • Often integrated with in-clinic services for hybrid care.

EAP Counsellors (Remote)

  • Provide short-term, solution-focused counselling via phone or video.
  • Support employees dealing with stress, anxiety, workplace issues, and personal challenges.
  • Flexible shift patterns.
  • Must be BACP/UKCP accredited or equivalent.
