Recruitment Process

  • Apply online with a CV or visit a care home to complete a paper form. Our recruiters review applications and aim to respond within 48 hours (may take longer during busy periods). If shortlisted, you’ll have a 20–30 minute call to discuss your experience, ask questions, and cover checks like right to work.
  • Next, attend a competency-based interview at a care home with a manager or leadership team; some roles may include extra stages or tasks. Your recruiter will guide and support you throughout.
  • Afterwards, you’ll receive feedback. If successful, we’ll confirm your offer and begin onboarding, including references, DBS, and qualification checks.
