It’s critical that we bring our healthcare and insurance products to market quickly and efficiently. The BCC provides a unique opportunity to achieve this by co-locating process, software and technical teams, using established agile, continuous delivery,and product-based ways of working.
You’ll help us to enable service excellence and transformationacross Bupa. From re-engineering processes and ways of working to integrating automation and AI technologies across technology and operations, you’ll be improving quality and driving efficiency across our organisation.
As part of our team, you’ll be critical in helping us to better understand our customers’ needs and insight. You’ll deliver personalised digital-first healthcare experiences, innovate responsibly and do all of this at scale.
