What we do

Based in Gurugram, our world‑class centre brings together engineering, product, data, and operations teams to power innovation and accelerate delivery across the UK, India and Asia‑Pacific. We support Bupa’s global ecosystem with modern, scalable technology — strengthening digital infrastructure, improving resilience, and bringing new healthcare and insurance experiences to market faster.

Located in Sector 62, our new offices provide a dynamic and vibrant working environment. The office is well connected to local transport links with regular shuttle buses to DMRC Metro

Family

We offer enhanced family leave and pay provisions to support birth parents, co‑parents, adoptive parents and carers through life’s most important moments. Along with Maternity leaves, we provide:

  • (Paternity)- 2 weeks leave arrangements, depending on your role and location
  • Fostering leave of up to 5 working days at 100% fixed pay
  • Paid time off for neonatal care ranging from 1 to 12 weeks at 100% fixed pay.

Health & Wellbeing

  • Holidays – 52 Total (including public holidays and paid sick leave)
  • Hybrid working – combining home and office flexibility
  • We understand that life doesn’t pause for work. That’s why we offer enhanced compassionate leave to support you during difficult times. with up to 10 days of compassionate leave at 100% Fixed pay, giving you the time and space you need to focus on what matters most.
  • We recognise that personal circumstances can affect work. Our Safe leave provision offers paid time off (100% pay) to support employees experiencing domestic abuse, helping them take the steps they need in confidence and safety.
