Our Specialist Diagnostics and Dental Centre at 50 Bank Street, Canary Wharf brings dentists, GPs and consultants together under one roof.

This first-of-its-kind facility is a major step in delivering truly connected care for patients and a more collaborative way of working for our people.

Part of our London Hub, the centre serves Bupa Insurance and self-pay customers, while strengthening our existing Canary Wharf services—including the relocation of our Dental Care practice to support our Mouth and Body Connection approach.

Our team of recruiters will review your application and let you know if you’re being taken forward to the next stage.

We’ll aim to respond within 48 hours. However, it can sometimes take a bit longer due to the volume of applications.

Telephone Interview

This is your chance to speak with a recruiter, tell them all about you and ask as many questions as you need to about Bupa and the role.

It's also where we cover off any relevant legal or compliance questions such as right to work and qualifications where applicable. This usually takes between 20 and 30 mins but don’t worry the recruitment team will work with you to agree a suitable time

Interview

Our competency-based interviews are held in person or virtual.

For some roles there may be additional interview stages, short tests or scenario-based questions.

Your recruiter will let you know in advance what the process will involve. They’ll also be on hand before your interview to help you prepare.

Following your interview your recruiter will contact you with the outcome and any feedback.

If you’ve been successful, they’ll confirm the offer details and let you know what information and documentation is needed from you to proceed before handing your details onto the relevant onboarding team.

Onboarding

As a healthcare provider, Bupa have a responsibility to ensure all our people meet the required standards before starting work with us.

This means that we need to complete pre-employment checks which will include references, a criminal records check (DBS) and where relevant qualification and professional body registration checks.

In some cases where we are relying on information from external sources these checks can take a few weeks to complete. Please bear with us, we’re excited for you to join the Bupa family.

Once your onboarding checks are complete, you’ll be booked onto the earliest possible induction.

Family Leave

We offer enhanced family leave and pay provisions to support birth parents, co‑parents, adoptive parents and carers through life’s most important moments. This includes:

  • Enhanced Birth-Parent (Maternity) & Adoption and Co‑Parent (Paternity) leave arrangements, depending on your role and location
  • Fostering leave of up to 5 working days at 100% base pay
