Actuarial
placement scheme.

We’re offering the opportunity for undergraduates to experience first hand the inner workings and life of an Actuary at Bupa. Through a supported 12 month programme, you’ll learn about how Actuaries make a huge difference to a business. You'll also receive a competitive salary and 25 days holiday. 

You’ll need to be a current undergraduate student who will graduate in 2024, be on track for a 2.1 in your degree (which needs to be a numerical based degree including, but not limited to, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Engineering), A- Level grades of ABB or equivalent, including an ‘A’ grade at A- Level or equivalent in Maths, and have the right to work in the UK.

Finance & governance
placement scheme.

This is a chance to get a good grounding and insight into finance and governance in a global business. You’ll experience how different areas operate over two six-month placements, getting involved in, but not limited to, financial control and reporting, regulatory reporting, financial planning and analysis, internal audit, tax, actuarial, risk and actuarial.

You’ll receive a competitive salary and 25 days holiday. You will need to be a current undergraduate student who will graduate in 2024, be on track for a 2.1 in your degree (any degree discipline), have achieved a minimum of 120 UCAS points, with a minimum of a B in Maths at A-Level or equivalent.

Actuarial
graduate scheme.

This is an insight into life as an Actuary at Bupa. You’ll be supported in learning about everything from claims analytics to pricing.

We offer a three year programme where you’ll embark on three 12 month rotations, enabling you to attain a breadth of corporate experience. As well as this, you'll study to become a qualified actuary with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA).

You’ll benefit from a £1000 joining bonus to help you get started as well as a competitive salary and bonus. As part of your package, you’ll receive private medical insurance and 25 days holiday.

To be considered for this scheme, you’ll need to have achieved, or be on track for, a 2:1 in your numerical based degree and have the right to work in the UK.

Finance & governance
graduate scheme.

This scheme is an opportunity to really develop and thoroughly understand how a diverse business operates. 

Our immersive three year programme consists of three 12 month rotations, giving you exposure to the different areas in which we function. In addition, you'll study for the ACA qualification through ICAEW.

As part of your competitive salary and bonus, we’ll give you a £1000 joining fee because we understand starting a new role can be costly. You’ll also benefit from 25 days holiday and private medical insurance.

To be considered for this scheme, you’ll need to have achieved, or be on track for, a 2:1 in your degree and have the right to work in the UK.
