Your tech career

Bupa's Technology graduate progamme provides hands-on experience with exposure to our global operation. You'll work with multiple stakeholders across the business and bring real, cutting-edge projects to life.

During the programme you'll study towards, and gain, a level 7 apprenticeship and an MSc in digital and technology solutions.

Our graduates love making health happen in a progressive, tech-focused environment.

Each graduate scheme has slightly different requirements, so here are some of the key things we look for when recruiting:

Qualification

Has a minimum undergraduate degree of 2:2 (or equivalent) in an IT related field.

Drive

Be proactive in driving your own personal development.

Agile

Someone who is dynamic and wants to continuously learn and adapt.

Skills

Problem solving, willing to challenge or be challenged.

Communication

Strong communication and interpersonal skills respecting diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

Aspirational

We're looking for ambitious people who want to be at their very best and strive for excellence.

Timeline

Here's some of what you can expect during your graduate scheme:

There will be a Bupa induction where you get to meet each other, your placement manager and stakeholders. You'll attend a networking event, giving you the opportunity to speak with senior leaders from across the business. You'll join your technology team, meet your buddy and start your apprenticeship.

Year 1

Here, you will continue to develop new skills and add value to our technology function through the work you're completing.

You'll spend some time attending additional learning sessions with Manchester Metropolitan University, working towards your end point assessment.

At the end of year 2, you'll get to attend your graduation event.

Year 2
