IT Graduate Scheme

IT Graduate Scheme

Our Graduate and Apprenticeship Programme Manager, Jo Morrall, gives a brief overview of the IT Graduate Scheme we run at Bupa and what to expect through the recruitment process.

This is
digital development.

As a leading healthcare group, we need to ensure that our technology and infrastructure are on point to help people live longer, healthier happier lives.

We may not be considered a big tech company, however we’re a big brand with an even bigger heart. Our culture and working environment is like no other, offering development and support to people that have a thirst for progressing their career.

Bupa are proactive company who strive to evolve and adapt to change. We're constantly looking for new ways to improve our digital footprint and enhance our customer experience.

We're about our people and creating a positive, supportive environment where employees feel safe to be themselves.

This is
tech with difference.

With a wealth of experience in digital, we can offer you the support and direction to get you where you want to be in the future.

Upon successful completion of our IT Graduate programme you will achieve an MSc Digital and Technology Solutions, Level 7 qualification. This is provided by Henley Business School who hold triple accredited status from the leading UK, European and US accrediting bodies.

We're a diverse business, giving you exposure and insight into how a global company operates. You'll learn how to navigate across different business areas, manage multiple stakeholders and get involved in various projects.

You’ll be a valued member of our Bupa community. By completing work based projects you’ll have real responsibilities, opportunities to reflect on the work you complete and evidence how you have added value to our business. In addition to your development path, we want you to be inspired, which is why our programme also includes additional learning, allowing you to enhance existing skills and develop new ones.

You’ll report into a Graduate Manager, who’ll provide encouragement, development opportunities, and be there to support your well-being and career aspirations.

Applications for our September 2021 intake have now closed. Register your interest for our 2022 intake and we'll let you know as soon as applications open.
