The Horizon programme lets our people experience work in an entirely new country from 6 weeks and up to 5 months.

It's designed to grow careers, mobilise talent across Bupa - both domestically and internationally - and support the delivery of our ambition.

Through meaningful international assignments and local opportunities, Horizon drives career development and empowers our people to thrive.

Study Tours

There’s something powerful about stepping into someone else’s world – seeing what they see, hearing their stories, and understanding their challenges first hand. That’s exactly what our Study Tours are all about.

Why study in one location when you can study in multiple. Study tours let you take a tour of our business, gaining new skills and knowledge along the way.

We currently offer UK based and internationaly based Study Tours.

Bupa Match is a global mentoring programme designed to connect mentors with mentees to foster personal and professional growth. The programme supports career development, goal setting, and knowledge sharing across our organisation

Clinical Exchange

Driving clinical excellence through the exchange of Nursing talent.

Picture yourself walking into a care home on the other side of the world - meeting new colleagues, learning fresh ways of working, and discovering ideas that could shape your career for years to come.

That’s exactly what our Clinical Exchange programme is all about offering registered nurses from Bupa Aged Care Australia and our UK Care Services the opportunity to take part in a 6-week international clinical exchange - a one-of-a-kind opportunity to grow, connect, and learn.
