As part of our commitment to making a better world, Bupa is working in partnership with Career Ready – a national charity which supports young people to get into work.

We’re offering 4-week, paid summer internships, exclusive to sixth-form level students who are participating in the Career Ready programme.

4-week
programme.

Our internship opportunities have closed for 2023 but will return in 2024 and are available at our London, Manchester, Staines, and Leeds offices. Here's what to expect from the programme.

Be allocated a line manager

Line managers will set goals and tasks, provide regular check-ins and guide you throughout your internship.

Meet other professionals

Interns will have the opportunity to meet and engage with other members of the department, enabling students to develop networking skills.

Develop employability skills

Hosted by our Early Careers team, interns will be invited to attend sessions where we’ll support you to be ready for employment. We’ll host sessions on building your personal brand, tips for writing a CV, tools for a successful interview & more.

Gain real-life workplace experience

Interns will be part of a team that works both remotely and in the office.

Create an end-of-internship presentation

Interns will deliver a presentation to their department where they’ll share what they’ve learnt during the internship.
