  • Liaise with clinical colleagues to ensure timely distribution of reports and correspondence
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment, addressing or escalating any issues as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience delivering outstanding, customer-focused service (e.g. retail, hospitality, or reception roles)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • High attention to detail and confidence in handling administrative tasks
  • Good IT skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
What We Offer

Our benefits are designed to support your overall wellbeing through our global programme, Viva, which focuses on mental, physical, financial, social, and environmental health. We also champion flexible working and offer a range of family-friendly benefits.

  • Bupa health insurance (as a benefit in kind)
  • Enhanced pension scheme and life insurance
  • Annual bonus scheme
  • Travel support, including season ticket loans and Cycle to Work scheme
  • Access to a wide range of discounts and additional benefits
