Brand New Bupa Care Home Opening Spring 2026

Full-time | Permanent | Care Home Based

Bupa is opening The Bridles, a stunning new purpose-built care home in Wincanton in Spring 2026 - and we're looking for a warm, organised and proactive General Administrator to help create an exceptional first impression for everyone who walks through our doors.

About the Role at The Bridles

· Creating a welcoming front‑of‑house experience for all visitors

· Managing calls, occupancy enquiries and booking show-arounds

· Conducting tours and showcasing what makes The Bridles special

· Maintaining accurate administration, digital records and documentation

· Supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll and staff compliance

· Coordinating resident admissions, billing documentation and funding queries

· Ensuring GDPR and confidentiality standards are upheld

· Helping keep the home safe, organised and running smoothly

What We're Looking For

· Experience in administration, reception or customer‑facing roles

· Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner

· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage varied workloads

· Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office

· Attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude

· Experience handling payroll or staff records (desirable)

· Flexibility, reliability and the ability to work independently
