Location: Wincanton, Somerset
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time - 40 hours per week

Our new care home is designed to be a benchmark for modern senior living. Built to the highest standards and enhanced with cutting-edge technology, the home will feature
-75 ensuite bedrooms
-Provides care for residential, nursing and dementia

About the Role
As a Home Manager, you will:
- Lead the setup and registration of the home with the CQC
- Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team
- Establish a culture of person-cantered care and continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, healthcare providers, and the community
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
- Manage budgets and drive operational excellence
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a dynamic and compassionate leader with:
- Proven experience in managing or commissioning care homes
- Experience of managing residential, nursing and dementia homes
- Strong clinical knowledge and a relevant management qualification (LMCS, RMA, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial acumen and a commitment to quality improvement
- A confident, supportive leadership style
