  • Lead and coordinate the unit overnight
  • Support clinical care alongside the Nurse (meds, observations, care plans)
  • Guide and mentor Care Assistants on shift
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Build strong relationships with residents and families
  • Ensure smooth, confident handovers
What we're looking for
  • NVQ Level 3 in Care (or working towards it - we'll support you)
  • Experience as a Senior or ready to step up
  • Confident leading a shift and supporting others
  • Calm, compassionate and organised - especially at night
  • Passion for delivering truly personalised care
