Brand-new luxury care home | The Bridles Care Home, Dykes Way, Wincanton, BA9 9FQ
£16 per hour (includes £2 per hour night enhancement) + £800 Welcome Bonus
7:30pm - 7:30am (12-hour shifts)

As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll lead from the front, running the unit overnight and making a genuine impact on residents' comfort, safety, and wellbeing.
What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of the night shift while supporting both residents and your team:
Lead and coordinate the unit overnight
Support clinical care alongside the Nurse (meds, observations, care plans)
Guide and mentor Care Assistants on shift
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Build strong relationships with residents and families
Ensure smooth, confident handovers
What we're looking for
NVQ Level 3 in Care (or working towards it - we'll support you)
Experience as a Senior or ready to step up
Confident leading a shift and supporting others
Calm, compassionate and organised - especially at night
Passion for delivering truly personalised care
