Shifts: 0 hour contract (Monday-Friday 08:30am- 17:30hrs)
Paying: £33.00 per hour

This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic Bank Adult Speech and Language Therapist to become a part of our adult team working primarily with patients who have dysphagia and /or dysphonia. You will provide highly specialist and evidence-based assessments and interventions to both outpatient and inpatients who present with swallowing, communication and voice difficulties arising from various conditions.
As a Bank Adult Speech and Language Therapist you will approach will be person centred and you will be working closely with members of the MDT including dietitians, clinical nurse specialists, the medical team, SLT other Therapy colleagues and the wider MDT. You will participate in service development, governance and quality assurance activities within your remit. You will ensure clear and efficient communication, whether verbal, non-verbal or written, both in expression and active listening, to facilitate comprehension of information.
