The Consultant Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Consultant Engagement team to deliver a smooth, positive experience for consultants and their secretaries across Cromwell Hospital. In this fast‑paced administrative role, you will coordinate consultant onboarding, maintain accurate records, support system access, manage communications, and assist with key engagement activities such as meetings, surveys, newsletters, and events. By building strong relationships, providing efficient day‑to‑day support, and collaborating with teams across the hospital, you will help drive the Consultant Engagement Strategy and contribute to an exceptional consultant experience.

You'll play a vital part in delivering an outstanding consultant experience by providing reliable, well‑organised administrative support to the Consultant Engagement team. Through efficient coordination of onboarding, accurate record‑keeping, managing system access, and supporting key communications, you'll help ensure consultants and secretaries receive seamless, timely support. By building strong relationships, resolving queries proactively, and contributing to meetings, surveys, newsletters, and events, you'll help drive the Consultant Engagement Strategy and strengthen the hospital's reputation for exceptional service.
Key Skills / Qualifications
Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment.
Strong administrative background, ideally in a fast‑paced or project‑driven setting.
Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging consultants, secretaries, and internal teams.
Ability to build positive relationships and proactively solve problems.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple deadlines.
Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and working knowledge of Excel.
Strong written skills with excellent grammar and punctuation.
