Role Overview
Ensuring all administrative activities within secondary care services, including radiology services, are managed to a high standard, supporting the delivery of world-class patient care.
You'll help us make health happen by:
Welcoming all patients, visitors, and consultants to Basinghall Clinic in a professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful manner.
Ensuring patient confidentiality is maintained at all times, escalating issues to the Administrative Operations Lead when necessary.
Coordinating clinics, radiology services, and specialty pathways, ensuring effective communication with patients and clinicians.
Point of contact for front-of-house admin team members regarding specialty service queries, including mailbox management.
Ensure relevant results from secondary care clinics are dispatched promptly to consultants or practice managers, especially abnormal results.
Support radiology administrative tasks including scheduling, report handling, and liaison with referrers and reporters.
Complete all administrative tasks within secondary care service lines accurately and efficiently, aligned with clinic KPIs.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Direct facing customer interaction.
Proven experience of delivering customer services to an exceptionally high standard.
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure
High attention to detail.
