Bupa is seeking an exceptional Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to join the Executive Board at King Edward VII's Hospital, one of the UK's most prestigious independent hospitals.
This is a pivotal executive leadership role, providing professional accountabilities for all nursing and allied health practice across the hospital, and playing a central role in shaping the hospital's strategic direction, quality agenda, and culture.
As Chief Nursing Officer, you will be a visible, values-led leader, championing clinical excellence, patient safety, and workforce engagement while ensuring the hospital continues to deliver outstanding care as activity and service demand increase.
