  • Lead and support audits, embedding learning and continuous improvement across the service.
  • Own and improve patient experience, including monitoring and acting on Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback.
  • Lead, manage, and develop nursing and support staff through coaching, appraisals, and performance management.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants, bookings, operational teams, and multidisciplinary colleagues to optimise clinic delivery and patient pathways.
  • Support service coverage across outpatient areas in partnership with the second Unit Manager, ensuring consistency and continuity of care.
  • Contribute to service improvement, innovation, and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, patient experience, and service growth.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Understanding of clinic performance metrics such as utilisation, patient flow, and service efficiency.
