As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you will delivering a high standard of care to our patients. We value all our people and will provide you support and a great place to work.
As a skilled Bank Healthcare Assistant, you will be fully competent in phlebotomy/venepuncture with previous experience within a hospital or outpatient environment. You'll be able to demonstrate your exceptional communication skills with patients, their families, and members of the multi-disciplinary team.

What you'll do:
Participate in the delivery of a consistent, safe service in all aspects of the patient journey, from greeting and orientating through to discharge, whilst demonstrating a culture of customer service.
Provide holistic nursing care interventions as directed, ensuring patients optimum care needs are met, including hygiene, elimination, and mobility, and assisting patients with eating and drinking when required.
Provide high quality physical and psychological care with compassion.
Assist with collection and transportation of specimens.
Maintain up to date care records and observations charts.
Enter requests on the computer and assist the receptionist and nursing staff with any other clerical duties when required.
Act as a mentor for new staff, providing guidance and support.
Ensure adequate stock levels to allow care to be provided.
