Working as our Senior MSK Physiotherapist, you'll provide assessment and treatment for adults with MSK conditions and may also include some older teenage patients through implementation of specialist MSK treatments to maximize their rehabilitation outcomes.
You will represent the Lead MSK Physio in their absence and support them and other senior staff in the Therapy department with their daily responsibilities, including participating in service development and wider hospital initiatives. You will also participate in staff supervision and training, facilitating optimal running of the MSK physiotherapy department.
You will be expected to establish and maintain efficient communication within the multi-disciplinary team (both internal and external) to ensure a holistic and complete duty of care. This includes verbal, non-verbal and written communication, both in expression and active listening, to facilitate accurate comprehension of information.
