  • Work collaboratively with other Supplies Assistants to support theatres and angio departments.

  • Safely receive, sign for, store and distribute stock and non‑stock items to clinical areas in a timely way.

  • Match delivery documentation to orders, resolving shortages or inconsistencies.

  • Arrange returns for damaged, faulty, duplicated or incorrectly ordered goods, liaising with suppliers as needed.

  • Process and fulfil stock requests for theatre and angio teams, ensuring continuity of supply.

  • Comfortable working independently while also contributing positively to a team.

  • Basic IT skills, with experience using stock or inventory systems (training will be provided where needed).

  • Clear communication skills, with confidence liaising with suppliers and internal teams.

  • An understanding of the importance of safe handling, confidentiality and following procedures.

  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to spot issues early and help find practical solutions.
