At Bupa's Cromwell Hospital, we're looking for a dynamic Transformation Manager to lead strategic and business-critical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare delivery. You'll work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver projects that make a real difference to our patients and teams.

How you'll help us make health happen.

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation projects across Cromwell Hospital and London Division Specialist Diagnostic Centres.
  • Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and risk frameworks to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service improvements.
  • Manage project teams and third-party vendors to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure robust governance, reporting, and compliance with Bupa's methodologies and standards.

Key Skills / Qualifications

  • Certified Project/Change Manager (e.g., APMG, ISEB/BCS, IIBA - Practitioner level preferred).
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale business and IT transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and other delivery methodologies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving change.
  • Experience managing projects with budgets between £500k-£10m and large, multi-disciplinary teams
