Wellbeing Programme Co-Ordinator
Hybrid - 3 days pw onsite, 2 days pw remote
Location - Bupa UK (Citi), Canary Wharf, E14 5LB
Permanent. Full time, 40 hours per week
£35,000 per annum plus excellent Bupa benefits
This exciting opportunity is based within the Wellbeing team at one of Bupa's biggest strategic clients, Citi. The role will help support and drive the Health & Wellbeing agenda for over 35,000 employees across the UK, Europe and Middle East and Africa region.
The Wellbeing Programme Co-Ordinator will help coordinate and deliver under ‘Live Well at Citi', the global health and wellbeing programme that inclusively meets the needs of a diverse working population and effectively promotes workplace wellbeing, long-term.
Part of this role will involve delivering presentations, both in-person (UK) and virtually, including Bupa's ‘Personal Energy' programme to teams across the firm. You will report directly into the Employee Health & Wellbeing Manager and will collaborate closely with the client's global wellbeing teams.
You'll help us make health happen by:
Co-ordinating the delivery of an employee wellbeing programme across a range of topics that fit under the pillars of Physical, Mental, Family and Social and Financial Wellbeing.
Writing and organising wellbeing content, using resources from vendors, for the Live Well monthly email newsletter.
Booking, organising and delivering wellbeing presentations including Bupa's ‘Personal Energy' sessions to teams at Citi.
Analysing data following wellbeing events to spot trends and employee feedback for continuous improvement of the wellbeing programme
Working collaboratively with teams across Citi, Bupa and Citi's external benefit providers whilst maintaining high standards in all work that is delivered for the client.
Supporting Citi's health and wellbeing campaigns, driving ideas forward and managing required content changes on a Citi SharePoint sites for wellbeing
Where appropriate recommending Bupa products and services e.g. onsite Health Centre, Musculoskeletal, GP services, Health Trust
Demonstrating an excellent knowledge of all Bupa services available for Citi employees and an enthusiasm to participate in promotional events e.g. Citi benefit fairs
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Experience of presentation delivery to groups, both in-person and virtually.
Educated to degree level in sports science, nutrition, health promotion, mental health, psychology or similar health science qualification.
Experience in health promotion activity with knowledge of health and lifestyle
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal to interact with colleagues and client stakeholders
Experience of administration tasks such as coordinating events, diary schedules.
Good IT skills - including MS Office packages all other systems needed for coordination work and presentations.
