We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Administrator to join our team in Manchester. You will play a vital role in ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience throughout their journey within the centre, from arrival through to checkout.

As the first point of contact, you'll be responsible for welcoming customers, managing enquiries, supporting administrative processes, and working closely with clinical colleagues to deliver a seamless service.

How You'll Help Us Make Health Happen

As a Centre Administrator, you'll support the day-to-day operation of the clinic while delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Supporting customers throughout their visit, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Answering, screening, and directing incoming telephone enquiries.
  • Proactively managing centre mailboxes and responding to emails in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception and waiting area.
  • Ensuring customer reports and documentation are processed and dispatched within agreed timescales.
  • Keeping customers informed about procedures, appointments, and services.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Liaising closely with clinical teams to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Working towards individual and team performance objectives.
  • Contributing positively to team goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience handling customer enquiries face-to-face, by telephone, and via email.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience working towards individual and team targets.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and customer management systems.
  • A positive, resilient, and customer-focused approach.
