Lead Mental Health Therapist - Mindplace
Location: Midlands/North region (UK only)
Travel: Regular travel to Bupa Mindplace clinic sites (several times a month; subject to change)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours)
Hours: Flexibility required, including evenings and weekends as service needs
Salary: Competitive + excellent benefits

What You'll Do
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
Deliver high-quality therapy sessions while managing a clinical caseload.
Oversee clinical governance, audits, and compliance to ensure best practice.
Mentor and develop clinicians, supporting their professional journey.
Work closely with operational teams to enhance customer experience and business performance.
Adapt and respond quickly to changing service needs, driving strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting, with the ability to motivate and guide teams through change.
Supervisor training and experience in team development.
Expertise in mental health therapies (CBT, counselling, psychology).
Strong clinical governance knowledge and ability to manage compliance.
Agility and flexibility to work at pace and adapt during times of growth and transformation.
Excellent communication, influencing, and decision-making skills.
One of the following professional qualifications:
Chartered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist (Doctorate, BPS & HCPC registered
Accredited CBT Psychotherapist (Postgraduate Diploma, BABCP accredited)
Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist (Level 4+ Diploma, BACP accredited)
