Vacancy: Contracts & Eligibility Advisor
Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays. M50 3SP - Hybrid role with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office.
Permanent / Contract: Permanent Contract
Salary: £26,475 per annum, plus Bupa Benefits
Hours: Full time / 37.5 Hours per week - Shifts are Monday to Friday between 8am-8pm

Working in our UK support functions you'll play a key part in helping our customer facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care. As the Contracts and Eligibility Advisor you'll upload and maintain all Bupa Health Clinics member records within Health Clinics systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date for the assigned portfolio. You'll support internal teams (bookings, sales and operations) and external stakeholders (intermediary or direct clients) with any queries around member records and product eligibility.
