Healthline Nurse Advisor
Bupa Place, Salford Quays, Manchester (M50 3SP)
Full time- 37.5 hours per week (Weekday's, nights and weekend shifts)
Hybrid role - requires attendance at Bupa Place 2-4 days per month, minimum
Paying £40,000 per annum
Role Overview:
The Bupa Anytime Healthline is a 24-hour, 365 day inbound nurse help line, to manage calls from Bupa customers. Providing clinical advice, information and symptom assessments to identify home treatments required, the need to seek care today or emergency care.
As a Healthline Nurse Advisor you will be responsible for providing remote, generalised nursing support to Bupa customers in a caring and respectful manner. You will also ensure there is complete adherence to clinical compliance and regulatory/governance requirements.
