Planning Co-ordinator - Mental Health

Bupa Place, Salford Quays, M50 3SP - Hybrid working

Full time, 37.5 hours per week on shifts between 08:00-20:00

Role Overview

As a Planning Support Specialist for Mental Health Remote Services, you will assist the resource planner with diary and resource management.

What You'll Do

• Manage diaries accurately and promptly.

• Contribute to service goals and delivery targets.

• Maintain accurate records.

• Align schedules with existing plans for Mental Health Remote Services.

• Create new diary templates.

• Support the Resource Planner in implementing schedules across multiple diary systems.

• Regularly engage with the resource planner and operational management team to address changes, such as overtime.

• Schedule 1:1s for frontline staff.

• Organize team meetings.

• Implement training diaries for new starters.

• Coordinate with agencies to ensure shifts are released according to agreed SLAs.

• Assist Operational Support Advisors with cancellations as needed.

• Attend weekly planning meetings with the operational management team to discuss proposed changes and assess their impact with support from the Resource Planner.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in data and diary management.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.

• Strong time management skills.

• Proficiency in verbal and written communication.

• IT proficiency, including the use of Microsoft Office systems.
