Planning Co-ordinator - Mental Health
Nationwide - Remote based
£23,500k per annum + fantastic benefits
Full time- 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview
Responsible for providing efficient and effective planning support to Mental Health Remote services. The role holder will act as a support for the resource planner and will be responsible for diary management and effective resource management.
What you'll do:
Complete diary management tasks accurately and in a timely manor
Contribute to the service goals and delivery targets.
Accurate records maintained.
Maintain schedules in line with existing plans for Mental Health Remote Services
Create new diary templates.
Support the Resource Planner in implementing schedules across multiple diary systems.
Engage regularly with the resource planner and operational management team to action changes where needed in a timely fashion such as overtime
Book 1:1s for front line staff
Book team meetings
Implement training diaries to ensure smooth onboarding of new starters
Liaise with agencies to ensure shifts are released in line with agreed SLA's
Support the Operational Support advisors around cancellations where required.
Attend weekly planning meetings with operational management team to discuss any proposed changes and assess any impact with support from the Resource Planner
What you'll bring:
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with colleagues.
Excellent time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
IT proficiency including the use of Microsoft office systems.
