Resource Planning Analyst
Hybrid working at Salford Quays M50 3SP
Permanent. 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday on shifts between 08:00-20:00
£31,200 per annum plus excellent benefits

We're looking for a proactive and analytical Resource Planning Analyst to join our clinics team at Bupa, supporting the planning and diary management of Mindplace.
If you're passionate about using data to drive operational efficiency and improve service delivery, this could be the perfect role for you.
How you'll help us make health happen:
Provide planning support through forecasting, demand analysis, and schedule production
Manage diary planning and scheduling to support clinic operations
Collaborate with operational leaders to align planning with business objectives
Lead regular and ad hoc meetings to review scheduling, reporting, and telephony performance
Continuously identify and implement improvements to increase productivity and profitability
Use data and insight to support both tactical and strategic decision-making
Adapt to evolving business needs with a flexible and agile approach
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Proven experience in data analysis and diary management
Strong planning and time management skills
Advanced Excel skills, especially for forecasting and impact analysis
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels
A self-motivated team player with a passion for delivering great customer outcomes
