Health Promotion Distribution Coordinator
Location: Bupa Office in Staines - 4 Pine Trees, Chertsey Lane, Staines TW18 3DZ
Contract: Permanent - Part-Time
Hours: 20 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Salary: £26,000 per annum (Full Time Equivalent, pro rata for part time hours)

This role sits within Bupa Health Clinics On-Site Services Team and reports into the Workplace Health Operations Manager.
The team delivers a robust, efficient and smooth service to Bupa's corporate customers.
The Role
As the Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the operation of this department. This position would suit a reliable team player who is able to multi-task, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
You will support the Health Promotions Team. This includes responsibility for distributing all health assessment equipment to on-site clients, working closely with couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery, and ensuring that the equipment is returned to the Staines site following completion of clinics.
