Job Description:
Receptionist / Administrator / Customer Experience Representative.
Location: Bupa Health Centre, South Kensington, London, SW7 2JE (occasional requirement to work across other London clinics)
Salary: £29,300 per annum, plus fantastic benefits
Contract: Permanent. Monday - Friday (covering the occasional Saturday). Full time, 40 hours per week

Delivering a premium experience in a healthcare setting
At Bupa South Kensington Health Centre, we believe that exceptional healthcare begins the moment someone walks through our doors. That is why we are looking for a receptionist who brings the finesse, warmth, and attentiveness of a high-end hospitality or luxury retail environment to our front of house.
As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for every patient's visit-creating a welcoming, calm, and professional atmosphere that reflects the high standards of care we provide. Whether you are greeting clients, managing appointments, or supporting our clinical team, your ability to deliver a seamless and personalised experience will be key.
We are seeking someone who understands what outstanding service looks like and takes pride in delivering it consistently. If you have worked in a luxury hotel, boutique retail, or a premium customer-facing role, we would love to hear from you.
