The People Governance & Risk (PG&R) team provides key leadership and subject matter expertise from within the first line of defence in the setting and delivering of Bupa's framework and approach to regulatory accountability regime applicable to Bupa's Regulated Entities (REs). The team also provides governance and risk support to the Insurance and Functions People team, partnering with key stakeholders across Bupa.
The Governance & Risk Manager role, reporting to the Head of People Governance & Risk is an integral role in supporting the delivery of governance and risk activities across the Insurance and Functions People team. You will implement sound governance and risk management practices in collaboration with key stakeholders across the Insurance and Functions People team and the business. The role holder will also support the delivery of the Senior Managers & Certification Regime.
Required for this role: Direct business as usual experience with Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR)
