You'll help us build strong governance and delivery frameworks that support our global teams and ultimately improve the care we provide to millions of customers.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and run the PMO framework, processes and governance model aligned to global standards.
Define and manage project lifecycle methodologies, templates and reporting tools.
Track progress across multiple programmes, ensuring milestones, budgets and timelines are met.
Implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor programme health, risks and benefits.
Manage the portfolio of GCC initiatives, including technology enablement and capability expansion.
Support leadership with strategic planning, roadmaps and transformation plans.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, building strong relationships across global teams.
What we're looking for
Project Manager for Global Capability Centre (GCC)
Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex dependencies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience preparing executive reports and managing RAID logs.
Familiarity with agile and waterfall delivery methods.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Office, Clarity, Planview, Jira).
Understanding of risk and control frameworks (e.g., 3LoD, regulatory standards).
Desirable:
Experience in financial services, healthcare or insurance sectors.
Project management certifications (Prince2, PMP, SAFe, MSP).
