Mental Health Clinical Lead -Young Person's Talking Therapies Team
Role Overview:
Location: Home-based (UK only) - Monthly travel to a Bupa site required at a minimum.
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours) - Flexible options available (e.g. 30 hours over 4 days)
Salary: £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + excellent benefits

About the Role:
This is a pivotal leadership position within our newly established Young Persons Mental Health service. You'll help shape the future of the service, ensuring clinical excellence and outstanding care delivery.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading clinical performance and oversight of Young Persons Mental Health practitioners
Collaborating with the Clinical Head of Mental Health on governance, quality, and education
Driving quality improvement initiatives
Delivering clinical sessions one day per week
Supporting clinician development and career pathways
Providing input to commercial teams
Acting as a trusted clinical voice and deputy to the Clinical Head of Mental Health
Essential Qualifications (one of the following):
Chartered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist (Doctorate level, BPS-accredited, HCPC registered)
Accredited CBT Psychotherapist (Postgraduate diploma, BABCP-accredited)
Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist (Level 4+ diploma, BACP-accredited)
All with substantial experience in Young Persons services
Key Skills:
1 year + Experience in CAMHS
Strong leadership in a mental health setting preferably in young persons mental health and stakeholder relationship management
Clinical quality and risk management expertise
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Commercial awareness and adaptability
IT proficiency and a solution-focused mindset
