This role will lead the delivery of a strategic People Programme within our Technology function, which is undergoing a multi-year transformation. You'll focus on upskilling and developing our people, enabling new ways of working, and supporting the implementation of new structures, career pathways, and capabilities.
- Lead complex people-focused change initiatives, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of bespoke materials, tools, and communications.
- Develop and manage a coordinated programme vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader transformation goals and managing interdependencies.
- Establish and maintain effective governance and reporting frameworks to track progress and ensure accountability.
- Partner with senior leaders across Technology and the People function to deliver outcomes that support long-term capability building and cultural change.
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making, assess commercial and legal risks, and shape programme direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare strategic proposals and business cases.
- Act as a mentor and role model, supporting the development of colleagues and contributing to a high-performing team culture.
- Escalate risks and issues appropriately, using sound judgment and established channels.
What We're Looking For- Proven experience leading large-scale, people-focused change programmes in complex, matrixed environments. Must have an understanding of the Product model and associated shifts in the ways of working.
- Strong project and programme management skills, experienced in agile and with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence up to and including Executive Leadership.
- Commercially savvy, with the ability to interpret data, assess risks, and make informed decisions.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to change with a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action.
