Working in our UK Insurance function you'll play a key part in helping our customer facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care. The role holder will use good business writing skills to bring to life the Bupa Value Proposition, demonstrate our understanding of the client's requirements and the difference we can make to workplace health and wellbeing.
How you'll help us make health happen:
· Work with the Tender Team Manager and the Account Managers to produce high quality content to support our bids, tenders, and renewals.
· Collaborate with colleagues including Account Managers, Product & Propositions, Marketing, Pricing, Legal and Operations teams to help coordinate and project manage new business projects.
· Work independently on most new business and client engagement activities, overseeing the Tender Executive as required with input from the Account and Sales teams.
· Develop project plans for new business and renewal activity, leading the development of win themes and propositions, overseeing the development of presentations, and managing, maintaining and improve the operational processes for bids, tenders, renewals, and client review.
· Acting always with integrity and a customer focus to ensure tenders are compliant, accurate, on brand, align to customer needs, easy to assimilate and maximises Bupa scores at customer evaluation.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
· Proven copy writing experience, ideally in a business development context.
· Understanding of the tender process and the role of copywriting to deliver successful outcomes.
· Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills
· Familiar with copywriting styles best suited for long and short form documents and best practices for digital activity
· Can demonstrate understanding of proposition development and the role of client insights in the bid and tender process.
· An enthusiastic team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Well organised and ability to work to tight deadlines.
· Ability to assimilate and condense complex information quickly, recognising the important issues.
· Collaborative and proactive to actively coordinate and support the new business process.
