Location: Cairo, Egypt
Job Type: Full time
Working days & hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UK time).
Purpose of the Role
The Product & Policy Review Process (PPRP) Consultant plays a key role in ensuring that all product and policy updates are effectively governed, managed, and implemented across UKI product lines.
This role supports the Senior PPRP Manager in maintaining, developing, and continuously improving the PPRP framework, ensuring that changes to products, policies, and associated documentation are delivered in a robust, compliant, and customer centric manner.
What You'll Do
• Support the end to end management and continuous improvement of the PPRP framework.
• Ensure all product and policy changes are assessed with appropriate due diligence and governed through the correct approval processes.
• Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Product, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Technology) to enable smooth implementation of changes.
• Manage and maintain the PPRP Change Matrix, ensuring full auditability and transparent tracking of all changes and approvals.
• Lead implementation activities for approved changes, including stakeholder coordination, system updates, and documentation updates.
• Drive awareness and adoption of the PPRP process across the business, including supporting communication and training initiatives.
• Facilitate cross functional working groups to ensure alignment, engagement, and effective delivery.
• Ensure all updates to policy documentation consider the end to end customer journey and associated operational impacts.
• Support governance forums, working groups, and steering committees through preparation of materials and reporting.
• Contribute to planning activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of policy and product updates.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes and ensure regular review with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and strong governance.
What You'll Bring
• Experience in governance, product, or policy environments-preferably within financial services or insurance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA, ICOBS, TCF, information security, financial crime).
• Ability to analyse business data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels of the organization.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex regulatory or operational topics.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Understanding of product lifecycle, customer documentation, and change processes.
• Experience working across cross functional teams in a complex business environment.
